All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect address submissions.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may request a replacement or refund.

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund.
